Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BIP, operated by MFAutomations ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BIP you agree to them.

What BIP is

BIP takes your answers to a guided questionnaire and produces business planning materials, brand assets, a financial model, launch content, and a generated website for your business, using an AI-assisted production process supervised by our team. It is a starting point, not a guarantee.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure — anyone with that access can sign in as you. You're responsible for what's submitted under your account.

Your answers, and what we generate

You own what you tell us about your business. We use your questionnaire answers to generate your deliverables (plans, brand materials, financial model, content, website). We may use anonymized or aggregated information to improve BIP, but we will not publish your business plan or private answers without your permission.

Delivery — Drive, email and text

Your deliverables are shared to you as a Google Drive folder, summarized by email, and — only if you opt in and provide a mobile number — by one text message. You can withdraw text consent any time by contacting us.

No guarantee of business outcomes

BIP produces planning materials and a starting website. We make no promise about sales, funding, profitability or any other business outcome. Markets, execution and timing are outside our control.

Not legal, tax or investment advice

Nothing BIP produces — including the legal & compliance checklist, the financial model, or the funding materials — is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Talk to a licensed professional before you rely on it, form an entity, raise money, or sign a contract.

AI-assisted generation

Parts of your deliverables (copy, images, financial projections, content) are produced with AI assistance and reviewed as part of an automated production process. Review everything before you rely on it or publish it.

Maui & chat logs

Conversations with Maui, our chat concierge, are stored to answer your questions and to improve BIP. Don't share anything in chat you wouldn't want kept on file.

Acceptable use

Don't use BIP to submit unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent business concepts, or to attack, scrape or overload the service.

Termination

You can stop using BIP any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as BIP evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
