This page explains what BIP collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep this in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
Account info: your email, and name/phone if you give them. Questionnaire answers: everything you enter about your business idea. Generated content: the plans, brand assets, financial model and website we produce from your answers. Chat logs: messages you send to Maui, our chat concierge. Basic technical data: IP address (hashed) and page views, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To run the production cycle and generate your business deliverables; to email and, if you consent, text you when they're ready; to answer your questions through Maui; to keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and to improve BIP over time.
Google Drive sharing
Your finished deliverables are placed in a Google Drive folder and shared directly with the email address on your account. That folder is only shared with you (and our team, to build and support it) — never made public.
Email & text (SMS/iMessage)
We'll always email you at the address on your account. We only text or iMessage you if you explicitly check the consent box and provide a mobile number, and only about your BIP project. You can withdraw consent any time by contacting us.
AI-assisted generation
Your answers are processed by AI systems (operated by us and, in part, by third-party AI providers) to generate your business materials. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't publish your business plan or answers publicly. We don't share your data with anyone outside the people and systems that build and support your BIP deliverables, except where the law requires it.
Data retention
We keep your account, answers and generated materials for as long as your account is active, so you can return to your dashboard and Drive folder. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, withdraw text consent, or delete your account — email [email protected].
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
