Who it's for

Built for you if

  • Makers with a finished or nearly finished product
  • Founders sourcing from a manufacturer for the first time
  • Sellers moving from a market stall to wholesale
What changes

What changes for you

  • Your COGS is written down per unit, landed, not guessed — materials, labour, freight, duty and packaging in one line.
  • Your minimum order quantity becomes a cash decision: how much stock ties up how much money, and when it comes back.
  • Packaging is costed and specified, including the box that carries the brand and survives the courier.
  • Wholesale and direct-to-consumer are priced side by side, so you know which one pays you and which one grows you.
The numbers

The numbers we build

In a live Google Sheet you can change and re-run.

Cost to make one unit, all in, including the shipping to get it to you
Profit left on each unit after the platform, the card fee and the delivery
How many units you have to sell each month before you stop losing money
Cash tied up in stock at each order size, and how long until it comes back
Questions

Straight answers

I do not have a supplier yet. Can I still start?

Yes. Answer what you know and mark the rest as unknown. The plan comes back with a sourcing shortlist to work through and flags every number that depends on a real supplier quote.

Do I need my own manufacturing?

No. Hand-made, contract manufactured and print on demand all work here. The questionnaire asks how you make it, and the costs and lead times follow from your answer.

What if I already sell on a marketplace?

Tell us your current volume and price. The plan uses your real numbers and covers the move to your own store or to wholesale rather than starting you from zero.
