Who it's for

Built for you if

  • Freelancers who charge by the hour and want to stop
  • Trades and home services booking work by phone
  • Consultants and agencies of one to five people
What changes

What changes for you

  • Your capacity is counted honestly: billable hours in a week, and what is left after selling, admin and rest.
  • Your hours get packaged into named offers with a fixed scope and a fixed price, so a sale is a yes, not a negotiation.
  • Utilisation stops being a feeling. You see the share of your week that is actually paid, and the rate that follows.
  • Repeat work gets a shape: a retainer, a maintenance plan or a follow-on offer, so every project has a next step.

Questions

Straight answers

I charge by the hour. Do I have to switch to fixed prices?

No. The plan prices both ways and shows what each does to your income and your week. You choose. Most people keep an hourly rate for small work and package the rest.

I am the whole business. Does a plan even apply?

It applies most. A one person service is a capacity problem before it is a marketing problem, so the plan starts with your week and works outward from there.

Can this cover a local trade rather than consulting?

Yes. Travel time, call-outs, materials and job minimums are part of the questions, and they feed the pricing and the schedule.
